Headaches are felt by everyone at various times but there are various elements which causes it to more likely to be triggered off such as caffeine. Generally persons should make a note of how much caffeine they drink and make their daily consumption of caffeine as low and consistent as possible. Not doing this can cause overuse of caffeine and thus continued headaches.
