Hangover Remedy – Easy Solution
When you have consumed more alcohol than your system is able to handle. This can cause to you experiencing a hangover. Avoiding consuming an excessive amount of alcohol is the best remedy for hangovers. However, if there is a case where a person does get a hangover there are remedies that can be accessed to treat it. 2. Consume plenty of water such as tomato juice, orange juice (which is rich in vitamin C), Powerade or Gatorade. You can also try some vitamin C pills which aids your liver to dissipate alcohol.
3. Eat foods that contain minerals such as canned fish or pickles. Also eat lots of fruits such as bananas, apples, oranges, melons etc.
4. Exercising is a great way for relieving your body from a hangover. Exercising aids the body by getting rid of the toxins which cause the hangover in the first place. Exercising promotes good blood and oxygen circulation thus rejuvenating your body to its normal functioning.
5. Peppermint herb is a great alternative for treating your body from hangover. Peppermint helps to remove gas from the intestines with a carminative substance. The peppermint can either be drawn by boiling it to make tea or. You can also chew the leaf which aids your body to relax the intestines.
6. Heat up some water in a container until it becomes hot, a little below boiling point, then take five (5) fresh or dried leaves of thyme and lightly crush them out and place it in a cup. Add the water into the cup and put a cover over it for five (5) minutes then strain the tea to get rid of the leaves and drink.
7. If the hangover is still at a severe level after sleeping, you can take 2 – 6 teaspoons of honey every twenty minutes on awaking. Honey comes filled with fructose which is a form of sugar that aids your body to fight the effects of the alcohol.

* When trying to recover from a hangover do your best to avoid beverages that promote high water loss such as coffee which contains caffeine. These will only help the dehydration process which will not help to decrease the symptoms of the hangover.
